Guys need help about my cpu i dont know much about cpu overclocking or undervolting,

cpu core ratoi voltage 1.2
curve optimizer -25 all cores
pbo enabled
thermal limit 85c
İ want to ask do i need to change vsoc voltage and is these settings safe to use ?
I don't want performance I just want my processor to run cooler.
