9800x3d default bios besides expo on. look at vcore. x670e-e mobo latest firmware. got score to 25k on r23 but so much heat the chip asks for so much vcore when overclocking. something is off.

You got score 25K? I see 23130 which is just average all the voltages looks normal to me.
