Results after flashing playing around with the MSI Curve Editor and flashing the PNY 5080 OC bios onto my non-OC card.
Currently voltage limited and cant push past 3300MHz on the curve bios with 1.040V so I'm calling it a day.
Now testing stability with OCCT.

3300 seems to be difficult to maintain without getting lucky on your silicon in general for the 5080s
I’ve got an ASUS TUF with the 450w Astral bios and 3270 is the highest mine will go stable regardless of power or voltage.
3225 is my stable gaming range.
I’ve talked to a few other owners who have reported pretty similar ceilings on a variety of manufacturers.
However these cards are robust at 3200~ with a +3000 mem, not the best value but definitely a well performing card.
