All time not even close. There were so many consisten awpers while broky doesn’t even know that word. If we consider only cs2 it is obvious he is in top20 since there are not that many t1 teams making it to s tier tournaments on a regular basis.

The problem with “all time” conversations is that the skill of the average awper these days is much much higher now compared to the skill awpers had in the past. It’s the same reason why comparing the 50s and 60s, to the 80s and 90s, to the 2010s and 2020s of the NBA is difficult; each era was a different game, with different skills being valued, and the average level of skill is far different.
Same applies here. If you’re really talking “all time”, that spans across two and a half decades of CS. Do you value the AWPers from way long ago based on their relative greatness to their peers and their legacy, or do you just compare straight up 1v1 to AWPers of today? It’s a nuanced discussion, and how you view it will result in your answer.
