I put liquid metal and changed thermal pads, now everytime i run a game my hotspot temps overheat, how can i fix this? Btw this is after the application…
My guess is because of the thermal pads the core doesn't make proper contact with the heatsink but i don't know how to fix this…

Pay attention to build ups like that, margins are already tight, leaving bits building up like that can imped proper contact.
Edit: fixed issue, my thermal pads were just the right size and im buying thermal putty
