Do you guys think that we’ll need to complete the previous EE and retrieve the artifacts in order to do a similar grand EE as the Big Bang Theory from the map Moon?

Absolutely not, otherwise there’d be posts mentioning how people couldn’t complete The Tomb because they hadn’t acquired the Amulet from Citadelle Des Morts.

If this were the case shit would already be broken, SV’s easter egg wouldn’t work bc you need the Sentinel Artifact, and The Tomb would be even worse because you need the amulet from citadelle to even get to pack a punch.

I doubt it for the base EE, but I wouldn’t be surprised if a super EE is confirmed for Bo6, and you would have to complete all the previous ones.

One thing against that is they were really pushing for including the more casual fan-base for zombies. So locking something behind 5 other previous maps may not be something they do

However they have been listing to zombies fans feedback and in recent previous games they have had rewards like this in Cold War. So I think it’s a possibility but I don’t think they will. It would be really cool if they did, though imo

If they did that. They’d lose so many people

0% chance it would happen, especially after already being 5 maps in. Aside from what others have commented, Treyarch specifically dumbed things down (for lack of a better term) to make things more approachable and inclusive for newer players. Doing that would 100% go against that

It’d be cool but it’s already proven wrong sadly with the previous quests involving items from other maps (ie SV requiring the sentinel artifact)

I get why they didn’t do this as they want as many people to complete these as possible but tbh this era would be the best time to do it as all dlc maps are now free so you wouldn’t get pay walled out of doing an EE
