I’ve been wanting to build a new gaming tower as I’ve been using a Zephyrus G14 2060 and the VRAM has been a limiting factor, as my wife and I wanted to play MH World together (PS5 cross play!)
Ordered one Gigabyte RX 7800 XT. Order was delayed. One showed up a week after the most of the PC was built.
After installing it, I was waiting for my CPU cooler. A box arrived and I thought this was way too big to be my cooler. Opened it and it was a second one.

This happened to me when they sent me 2 full size desks (full hutch and all) when I ordered one. One was delivered one week, the 2nd showed up about a week later.
I tried to be honest and called them back to tell them about the mistake, they were like “omg great, thank you so much! just send it back please!”
Then a month later I see I was *refunded* the purchase price less 10% restocking fee for returning the desk I ordered. So I called them back and explained, I kept the one I ordered and only sent back the 2nd one sent to me by mistake. They said “don’t worry about it, we’ll take care of it”
They never did. So in the end I received a full size, nice desk that cost ~$900 for $90 ($900 minus the 10% restocking fee).
I needed a new PC and also went with the 7800 XT a year ago. I still haven’t used it on any particular challenging games but it’s a GPU for sure
Return one
Since people are asking what I did about the second GPU, I contacted Amazon support, who had no record of the extra GPU shipment and they did not want it back. I sold it to keep the costs down on the PC build.

What I would do is keep what I already have and enjoy the free gpu (since you probably did research before buying it and the performance it gives is enough for now ) and then get a new gpu in 2 or 3 years for the money you basically would have spent now!
