Okay after a few days of messing with my timings after only being able to stabilize 8400, these are my timings which I don't think is bad at all, but my question is, which I include in the pictures attached, is under 35c ram that's water cooled, how come I am unable to run trefi over 131,071? The timings in the picture are all stable and run, but any time I change trefi above that, tm5 Intel DDR5 fails quick and hard lol.

The temp sensor is closer to the water than the chips are so there’s probably some leeway there. I’d just say go down a tiny bit and call it good
I would question the usefulness of running tREFI that high in the first place, 64K with tigthened tRFC is already well under a percent of time spent refreshing.
Other comment is right , SPD temp is likely much lower than IC temp, you might have better temps with bare dimms and a fan blowing over them.
