Low key, the FAL is already a strong contender if you can hit your shots. The biggest problem is the recoil is so strong you have no choice but to use a Compensator, so depending on how the “View Kick” is balanced it could be an even stronger pick if you can use suppressors on it.

It’s easy to do the calculations yourself.
60 / 400 (rpm) = 0.15
300 (health) / 59 (damage) = 5.08 (6 shots to kill)
Now use formula
0.15 x (stk-1) = ttk
0.15 x 5 = 0.75
750 ms ttk
Obviously this gets more complicated once you add bullet velocity or shot placement but this gives you a rudimentary estimation
