Those young guys, for whom life is only Counter-Strike and have that kind of mentality, that’s why 30+ players can’t compete with them when they start caring about their family / partner, and other things in life after 15/20 years of CS.
Not because you become way worse physiologically at 30 or something.

You just can’t grind like that till you’re 40.
