Cuz they are not zombies controlled by the aether. They are ghosts
They are ghosts, not zombies
They’re not zombies. They’re ghosts, and lore-wise existed even before the town was buried underground. So they have nothing to do with Maxis or Richtofen controlling the Aether.
Because it isn’t a zombie…. it’s a Pack-a-punch’d woman.
it’s the mother of who made the Pack-a-Punch. she was killed by the first zombie and he thought that he could PAP the body to revive her, but it just took the body and her ghost started haunting him. so not controlled by Richtofen
