I wish the game were truly 100% open where we could limitlessly choose any group, gang, heist, anything to do. Maybe even be day we can go into any building, meet limitless gang members, and do just anything. I wish it so badly.

The 2 cops at the beginning outside of Vs apartment with the dude handcuffed. I always grab them and bring them into my apartment. I have unconscious cops on my floor to torture at will.

Realistically I think it would go poorly for NC. The NUSA would discover Meyers is dead and probably send the military into NC for revenge.
Songbird would be forced to unleash the rogue AI to Kurt as you never find out about Reeds and thus not able to have the intelligence needed for a successful rescue of Songbird.
The NUSA and Barghest will clash with Kurt weaponizing the rogue AI and it will be a bloodbath for everyone.
But for V, nothing much changes except s/he can’t play through Phantom Liberty as S/he will be long dead or ran away with the Aldacados before any of those events may take place.

If V does, Alex and Reed cant be found(which means they will still be alive in a sh*thole). Somi will still find a way to breach into the stadium for V to steal the matrix. Hansen will be dead while V breaching into the stadium. Hands might disappear since V became too dangerous and uncontrollable by Killing Myers.
