I don’t even have a CD/DVD drive anymore, but for 2$ they’ll be a nice addition to my small collection!

Gosh the Medal of Honor games are such a throwback. Used to love those growing up

These old PC gaming boxes make me sentimental and nostalgic

Those 3 on the bottom where basically my childhood, only missing battlefield 2.

LG USB DVD drive is $20 on amazon

I almost bought an optical drive just for brothers in arms

  8. Only the Star Trek game will work on modern versions of Windows without using No CD patches because of the DRM they use.

USB dvd drives on Amazon are dirt cheap, and work quite well for older games.

Get one. Turning your back on physical media is putting your faith in companies that personal experience has already taught you you can’t trust.

Honestly, those bottom 3 were when we were coming to peak gaming.

Those are some pretty good FPS though. Pacific Assault’s tree hugging snipers still give me nightmares.

The old Medal of Honor and Brothers in Arms games are also on gog.com.

They’re also on sale for very little money regularly.
