I decided I wanted to play an old beloved game (MW) and I have all the packs downloaded but every time I boot it up it does this and then says that I need to purchase the game? I’ve reinstalled everything twice and nothings working. Any tips? I’m on the Xbox series s

So basically, from what I can tell, it does that garbled image every time. I was able to get the game working on my one s, and it does that.
If from the main menu you hover over MW2, and press in right stick it will bring up a page of installs. Lemme know what packs say “downloaded” to the right of it, and what either say “not installed,” or just nothing to the right at all.
