Hi,

My goal was to optimize the timings of my RAM kit without any over-volting compared to the default EXPO profile. Any thoughts or advices about my timings ?

Other than that, i've configured the Nitro Mode at 1/2/1.

Thanks.

6200 with 2x32gb kit USUALLY requires 1.24v or higher.. did you already test this to be stable? -if so you have a pretty lucky CPU.

Personally, I rock 6000 with nitro 1-2-0 and GDM disabled.. for minimal VSOC requirement, performs almost identical to 6200 with looser nitro and GDM enabled.

You have tRFC 161ns… this is an M-die kit?

SCL’s at 4 is also very tight… GDM must smooth that out, lowest I’ve seen for 2×32 kits is 6 with GDM disabled… idk how 4 effects performance.

tWTRS works at 4 for A-die kits, idk about yours.

You can get away with lower VDDP most likely… 1.050 or 1.1v should work fine.

For a lot of the 2×32 kits you can run tCL 28 or 30 with no bump to VDD needed,

tRCD and tRP can both go 36 almost for sure.. tRP probably 34 is stable and a tiny bit better perf.

You could mess with tRC and tRAS, but it’s pretty fruitless… no read/write/copy or latency benefits.
