Just overclocked my cpu based on some videos I've found online would like hear your suggestions/thoughts about it
I think I like it but in some games clocks dropped in some cores, should be solid flat max clocks on all cores or is it fine this way?
Cpu: ryzen 5 5600
Mobo: asus tuf b550m-e
Cooler: vetroo v5 1 fan
Gpu: asus dual rtx 4070
Bios: pbo: adv, +200mhz ,scalar: auto,Co all cores negative 30, the rest is default basically…

There is 99% no way that all cores work well -30 on 5600
You can even lose some performance.
Get corecycler,and test,and all other programs you can find.
