Found this gold and mahogany delete key by chance in one of the NCPD scanner assaults and it has been one shotting most enemies most satisfyingly.
Added a Vivisector dismemberment mod, plus the Microgenerator cyberware, to be sure! Now tell me how to top this please before I face endgame. Thank you

Depends on your preferences, though I really enjoy GUTS. It’s so over the top… Takes an age to reload, the recoil kicks like a mule, but gods, that stagger you get for it! People literally fly away from the punch.
Though if you get the Bolt Perk for Tech Weapons, you should stick with the power shotguns.
[The Dexerter](https://cyberpunk.fandom.com/wiki/Dezerter) is the same base type, but it fires explosive rounds. It also sets you on fire, so that could be a downside or a plus depending on your point of view lol. It does come from a gig about half way through Phantom Liberty, so beware of spoilers if you haven’t played through that yet.

DB 2 Satara my favorite but I had another one, faster, better with 8 slugs but I sold it and now I can’t find the same
It’s not customisable or clever, but there’s no problem that can’t be solved by going full Kurt Russell with the Sovereign.

I am generally a sucker for the Igla and its variants. No need for fancy extra gizmos when just a close up blast is all you need.
Won’t help you with the endgame because in order to get it you need to beat Smasher and then continue after having beaten the game and go back to smashers room on the Ebinuke but there’s an explosive smart shotgun in there that kicks absolute ass.
Anything that can have two kneel mods
By far, my best choice would be the Ba Xing Chong. It does an insane amount of damage, destroys vehicles in 1 or 2 hits, one shots up to 6 enemies in one shot, and is very cool to use with a sandevistan.
Mix it with Comrades Hammer, and a blunt weapon (I like the baby boomer) and you got yourself a pretty explosive build.
Satara, easy.
The Mox
Mox. It’s basically Guts, but with 20 or so less damage. However, you do get better weapon handling and higher round capacity.
You have to romance Judy to get it.
I like the Palica. The concept of a sawed-off, double-barrel smart shotgun is just so funny to me. It also has high projectile count of 16, it’s very satisfying to see a swarm of mini-missiles obliterate your enemies.

You can pry my Satara from my cold dead hands.
If I use a shotgun it’s Guts
I like the headsman, hits like a sawed off 50.
