Physically sure, I can see it. But his acting skills are severely lacking and would like to see Blackhand done a bit better.

Like others have said, physically sure. However for voice I’d probably go Stephen Russell. He’s voiced: Garrett from the Thief games; Mercer Frey in Skyrim; Nick Valentine in fallout 4; Sylvain Bellamy from Prey (2017); and Corvo Attano in Dishonored 2.

Physically, absolutely not. Morgan Blackhand can blend in a crowd, and Cena is way too big.
He has gotten much better as an actor. He was awesome in Peacemaker.
