I don’t know why everyone is saying she doesn’t have holo. When you get the tarot card quest her eyes light up like everyone else who has holo, she def has holo.

Also you literally see her eyes light up during one of the quest.
And Panam carries a touchscreen smart phone.

I wanna say it feeds into the theory that I’ve heard about how misty is actually pulling strings and involved in much more than she seems.
