Can i say the 9070 is fucking tame in comparison to my 3070 Ti?
It’s like 30% as loud and comfortably stays below 80°C

12VHPWR.
Nvidia will never escape the Callouts on them selling their faulty fire connectors. Fuck Nvidia, die in a hole you shitty scamcorp. NOBODY gives a flying fuck about your bottom line,

I used to make Blender renders at 100° on my Asus Cerberus 1050ti for a day and a half of rendering.
Now my new Asus 9700 xtx is doing the same.

Isn’t the 7000 and 9000 push 80c normally as the optimal temps? Not bashing AMD though but its the way their cpu run and can handle at high temps. They are made for it

Here’s a much better meme:
PC users: oh no my gpu is 70 Celsius
laptop users at their 90 Celsius temp: everything is as it should be

HD4870X2 at 100°C+ : This is fine.

True af. My sapphire r9 390 was hot af most of the time even when it was close to release. My 9070xt is cool except for the vram, which once again is hot af

If it doesn’t turn off because of the overheating, then everything’s fine. People get obsessed with temps a little too much.

Doesn’t Nvidia gpu cards have an automatic fan switch after a certain temperature? My 2080 pretty much will automatically hit max fan if it reaches like 80-90 degrees Celsius back when the card didn’t have proper heat pads and the thermal paste dried up.

I’m using two AMD FirePro D700 cards in my main PC. When under load with CrossFire enabled, my trash can turns into a great room heater, average temps are like 90-100C for both.

When running hot was a good thing. ❤️❤️❤️

New Radeon users: 70°C? Maybe I need to clear out the dust again, its been a few years.

Even if this just a joke on Instagram people still believe that NVIDIA dosnt get hot on gaming and AMD burns you’re hands down.

Wait till you see the temps on my FX-8320, this bad boy heats up to 85°C on the desktop. When games are running, the PC fully replaces the heating system in the whole house. And I did actually get a small burn trying to touch the case once after running a game for 8 hours on an OC.

Buildzoid talked about this in a video ages ago, the problem was ATI/AMD putting cheap coolers on to GPU’s to save a few $$$. That’s it, trying to save a few Dollars got them 10+ years of bad rep online over being ‘hot’.
As someone with a 4090 watercooled with 3x 420x44mm radiators (i needed to mod my case a bit), i would really be pissed If my GPU would reach 80°C or higher lol.

Careful there, you’re playing with fire

Why argue about it anyway? We all know that the people at the bottom of the meme are playing on laptops 😉
My CPU running at +100°C with a stock cooler : (But hey, I have 90 FPS)
