Casual was fun for the first week. Now it’s full with sweaty players. This is what is bringing the game down. People out to ruin it. I think if you are above a certain level or have multiple warzone wins you should be locked out of casual.

I’m not the game police, you can do what you want. That being said, even Activision acknowledged that this mode was not intended for sweats and indicated that they will be taking steps to fix it, so if your an super sweat that likes bot stomping you may be out of luck at some point in the near future. Is it really so hard to understand that low skill casual players might want a space to have fun that’s not infested with ranked demons? Again, do what you want, but don’t be shocked that the people the mode is intended for think you’re a dick.

I’d guess you could call my normal squad sweaty, and we usually like to end the night with a game or two of casual.
It gives us the chance to talk and fuck around without interrupting the convo a thousand times for call outs.
But to be fair, we split off into solos, which I would hope would give a full squad a chance for the kill.

All these people saying they are good but play with bad friends so that’s why they are in the mode sweating is just an excuse. I’m in there too with my sub 1 kd friends and they set the pace for the mode, I’m not flying around the map trying to ruin other peoples fun.

My issue is that casual is by far the easiest way to grind warzone camos. Bot kills count and so I drop and and rack up kills/most wanted kills/etc with guns i never use. because it is easier than plunder and wayyyyy easier than BR.

A friend who plays multi only FPS since forever listened to me talk about WZ for five years and heard ad nauseam about the Verdanks days. He tried BR with me a few times over the years and always came back to “why would I want to keep playing this over multi when we get hounded by gods from almost the instant we drop and I spend most of the game spectating you trying to buy me back?” That first almost week of casuals was actual bliss for him. Felt like he had a chance to learn the map, play style, and game flow for a BR while getting some (mostly bot) kills. Now every casual match is just being hunted by the close of the first circle by fully meta-kitted terminator skin four man teams with advanced UAVs, choppers, LTVs, Berthas with all kinds of high ranked play emblems. Many have max WZ camos too, so it’s not like they’re grinding. These squads aren’t good players playing with their bad friends or dads or whatever either, as that’s a common refrain. I don’t predict him lasting long when this mode is supposed to be designed for people like him. I don’t know what the solution is other than outright banning players by skill, but casuals needs to be exactly the kind of learning grounds it was intended not a playground for kill racing.

There are only 28 real people and 120 bots. If you can’t get some kills on a big map where less than 20% of players are real then you’re the problem
