Someone told me my VID (Max) is far too high. Should I be concerned or is it normal? 9800X3D on an Asus Rog Strix B850-i motherboard. Bios settings are complete stock with EXPO enabled. I’m running 64GB DDR5 6000 CL30. The result below are after running Cinebench r23 multi-core for 10 minutes

Seems fine to me, whoever told you that have no idea. AMD specifies maximumVID up to 1.35V for 9800X3D.
Keep in mind, this is specified only at certain scenarios when CPU is loaded with all cores.
