Coming from the UK and I’m trying to think of any time I have seen a macbook in real life being used outside of a work setting.
I can’t think of one, iphones/pads yes, a couple of G3s back in the day but modern macbooks? I just don’t see them.

Macbooks are overrated anyway. Just get a better laptop for less money. If you don’t like Windows like me, Fedora is user friendly.

My understanding is that Brazil taxes the crap out of electronics imports. I’ve shipped a few products there before, and the import duties alone end up pushing it to a 90% – 120% duty on the cost of the product.
