I work hard, I deserve it, this is what I tell myself building this PC and knowing that I will be all set for the next 2-4 years (until next GPU series comes out) for most parts. have been buying gaming laptops a long time, and this time I decided to build my own desktop, what a difference and I am hooked now. I can never go back to a pre-built and laptop for gaming now. What you think? Below is my specs:

I have 5090 as well how does games support 5k2k reso btw ? is it good fit does everything look crisp ?i myself using LG27-GN950 4k

2-4 years? I hope you can get more out of such a huge build. I am still on my 9900k/2080ti. Was gonna upgrade this gen until the shitshow that is trying to get a current GPU. Going high end let’s you skip 3 generations at least. You need a bigger desk if possible. Have fun!

I didn’t go quite as wild. I did a 5080/9800X3D build with a 4K 32″ OLED. Love it. I also bailed on any RGB this time. Black mesh Fractal North. No lights.

Endgame PC, sure, but you definitely have a long way to go in terms of peripherals. I’d definitely try to find a better mouse and keyboard. That setup deserves it.

If there’s anything to improve, you might consider getting a bigger table so you can move the case a bit further from the window (and also for more mouse space). Other than that, just need to wait for 6090 in 2 years, lol.
