personally had great results with the Asus TUF, but its really down to getting lucky. Ive had bad experiences with GIGABYTE cards, so im avoiding those (other people had great experiences) so might just be me being a hater.
I would honestly just go for the best deal you can get. all the 5080 cards have pretty good room for OC, and even stock they work great.
MSI Vanguard
In order… Most likely ASUS will give best performance… Then msi
I would go with an MSI card just purely for build quality of the pcb. Gaming trio should be the cheapest.
Game trio is S tier
The best 5080s for overclocking is the Asus Astral, Gigabyte Aorus Master and the MSI Vanguard. They have the best non-water cooling solutions.
I have the gigabyte gaming oc. I can confirm it’s amazing card with 450watt bios. And power limit to 125%. Here is my results on nomad.

Gigabyte gaming oc is the goat. Avoid anything ASUS.
I hit 9543 on 3dmark with my “budget friendly” PNY. Learning it’s kinda a crap shoot.
