I think it is not possible anymore.
In the past, we could make our own skims for weapons
no longer possible to complete, they have removed the guncraft feature a few years ago
When you make a new account they give you a S12K skin, I used that to complete my achievement. My account is around 8 months old and I have 7k achievement points. I also had it in my old account that was 5 years old so just check your inventory maybe you’ll have it too.
