Yeah this happened to me in front of Regina’s apartment building. A guy just fell down and went splat right in front of me. Couldn’t tell if he jumped, or if he was thrown out a window. I reloaded the save right before and actually got to see him spawn midair and rag doll to the ground

When the game first dropped I had a big where every building had a jumper. Amusing at first, then annoying when you got in a car and everything lagged.
