Depends on what you use it for really. Personally, I would want to upgrade CPU, mobo, and RAM to be modernized. GPU depends on what sort of games you want to play. For 1080 you should be fine with the 6500xt.

increase storage to 1 tb, even if you have to buy a cheaper ssd, real world difference is minimal. Also, you may want to buy the cpu used, there will be plenty of r5 5500/5600 everywhere, and the same for the gpu, buy the gpu used, you may be able to get like a rtx 3060/ti or rx6600/xt

Choose the 5600 or 5600X depending on price. The G has the iGPU which you don’t need but it reserves the PCIe 4.0-Slots for that and only leaves 3.0 for your dedicated GPU.
