You would get along with my dad, who is a huge fan of bolting heatsinks and fans to anything that’s slightly warm. He strapped a heatsink to his Comcast box. He put a little one on his firestick. He welded a heatsink to his shop radiator just to help it radiate more efficiently.
One of these days, I expect to see him wearing a heatsink on his head in an effort to beat the summer heat.
My brother bought him a thermal camera a few years ago and that’s when all this started.
