This is a lot but I’ll provide my whole vision for it. Maybe wooden slat acoustic panels behind your desk. In terms of lighting, warm white/light orange indirect lighting on the baseboards pointing upwards onto the walls. I’d also add a picture on the wall above your desk with a picture light pointing down onto it (serves the additional purpose of adding some lightning to the upper part of the room). Then if you did all those, try to colour match the lighting between the indirect lighting, the picture light and the lighting you already have under the tv (assuming the colour can be changed for those lights). If you ever get into (or already are into) audio. A stereo setup under that tv with a beanbag chair against wall opposite the TV would be sick too. Of course, that’s more than just aesthetics lol.
