Always knew this animation reminds me something

But why use both hands to chamber the round, then the obviously unnecessary one hand move to double check to see if you really DID chamber that round? Reminds me of those hype man ads where the guy dances as the other guy walks away… Like that seemed necessary.

How do you even do that with one hand?

In Phantom Liberty in the stadium at one of the weapons sellers there is a huge gun case with a gold lid that says “for mr wick”

Leon does a similar move at one point in RE4make, it’s sick.

Fun fact the gun john is using in this scene, I think a kimber 45 sometimes jams on the first round. He put the mag in and racked the slide to eject the round so it doesnt jam.

    They did some research

They also added in John’s method of reloading handguns, flicking the gun to the side so the empty mag flies out. Keanu used it throughout the Wick movies to quick eject during fights.

  7. Make only criticism is that V’s Kitoshi Optics also tells them the exact ammo count so it’s sort of unnecessary.

    I honestly hate guns irl.

But John wick was freaking amazing start to finish. It felt like a Keanu we hadn’t seen in a while.

As I’m getting more into cyberpunk the parallels are great to see.

Would love a cyberpunk movie with Keanu in it.

You also do the “Wick flick” when reloading certain guns (flicking the gun with a twist from the wrist to help eject a magazine)
