Still couldn't convince m0NESY to resign as they hoped and clock is ticking and with all the uncertainty around the roster it's hard to build something stable so they accept the trade after 4 months

G2 did qualify for Antwerp major with aleksiB. They went to major through RMR and lost 2-3 in legends stage. They didn’t make playoffs sure but that doesn’t mean they didn’t qualify for the major. Perhaps check the accuracy of your facts once more.
The only major they didn’t attend after 2021 was the rio major which they didn’t make out of rmr. Was the start of gigachad meme for hooxi iirc.

Shame we never got to see AleksiB with JKS and Swani, its a point most people forget in the Hooxi vs AleksiB argument.

HooXi really had bad luck. Yes, towards the end in G2, his stats weren’t great. But
First, CS2 was just released, and NiKo and huNter were underperforming, with only m0NESY playing decently.
Second, Swani was just a data analyst. Though G2 won many awards under him, the lack of a professional coach became a bigger issue as G2’s performance dropped. HooXi had to take on IGL, tactical calls, and demo analysis, often staying up until 3 AM to study opponents (according to m0NESY), leaving him with little time to practice his aim.
Third, swapping jks for nexa was self-explanatory.
Fourth, Taz came in, but his philosophy didn’t match HooXi’s (according to Swani). G2 made changes without considering the players’ opinions.
All the hate is directed at just one person in a five-man team, which is very unfair.
Damn, and that’s without all the French drama queens and snakes that ruled the mid 2010s!
