In the casual mode just soften a bot with a few initial shots then follow up with a slide + ads + kill. Low Blow medal will pop up whenever you get credit for a sliding kill. You need to be shooting while sliding.
This camo description is wrong and I realised it when I was doing it. You have to kill him during the slide, your operator must be sliding position while killing. You can choose downhill positions. Slide will take longer

I had to finish mine on AFK players that get booted out of the map at the end of the flight. I’m not proud of it, and I stopped as soon as I got the camo. Promise.
build the gun for speed and more specifically slide to fire, and just keep sliding until it’s done.
You have to DOWN them while sliding. After they are downed, you can finish them however you want. When you get the ‘low blow’ emblem, you know you’ve done it correctly.
