That’s crazy, I never saw that bug before.
My best guess is that the game believes that a “Player Position” change that occurred after the Self Aid started being used means that the Player has successfully revived themselves.
Notice the initial blast got you down to 30% Knocked HP then the game thought you finished the revive and you got the usual 10% post-revive HP.
