Very low scores on Cinebench R23 with 14600K

Recently built PC with 14600K on a Asus TUF Gaming Z690-Plus D4. I did some light undervolt to protect the CPU from degrading. For some reason, the CB R23 is much lower than expected from this CPU comparing to online benchmarks. Is it silicon related or is there some configuration that I need to do?
