No, he doesn’t, but isn’t Mike’s in universe character the radio host anyway? Like maybe I’m misremembering, but I thought the Moro rock radio host maximum Mike was pondsmith’s self insert character that would bear his likeness.

Thank God, I’m sick of seeing all the Karl Urban posts, yes he would look good, but no I don’t want a celebrity who has done similar roles as Blackhand.

Considering CDPR retooled the entire plot of Cyberpunk after they got Keanu Reeves onboard (I highly doubt the game was always going to focus on the Relic, at least not an active prototype) and insisted on getting a different celebrity actor to star in Phantom Liberty, I feel like they’re going to make this a requirement for every Cyberpunk game they make.
If Blackhand is in Project Orion, he’s going to get redesigned to fit whatever celebrity actor they can find. And the best part is they’ll probably keep the player character fully customizable, so they’ll find some contrived way to make Blackhand the main character while not just having us play as him.

I wouldnt mind it being a celeb if they actually make them look like the borged up legend. If its just ‘slightly dirty male lead’ i know they fucked up. Whether its Karl Urban, or even an stunt double named Carl, I want them to be full of wires, gun bigger than their ribcage, and doing tacticool stuff

There are a lot of really good voice actors that can take on the role of Blackhand (if he even will be in the next game).
Lookswise i would loose my shit if Blackhand would look like default male Sheppard from Mass Effect. (It doesn’t make sense, but i think it would be incredibly funny)
I’ve always pictured George Clooney in his late 40s/50s playing Morgan, I think that ship sailed though.
I think CDPR should design him how they see fit and not based off a celebrity’s likeness. Voice actors are already losing jobs in movies and tv shows to big name actors. It would be nice if they had video games still to really express themselves.
BUT with how popular Keanu was I can see CDPR making it their shtick to get a celebrity to play a character in their games.

I personally think Blackhand should never show up in person. Let him be the legend that walked off into the sunset with no one sure if he’s alive or dead. He works so well as an unseen presence, talked about in lore and memories and witnessed in aftermath. He feels legendary that way.

As much as I enjoyed Keanus performance, and some of the youtuber cameos like with Gary and Ozob, I think CDPR needs to get its priorities straight. Lessm gimmicks and marketing, more focous on making the game right.
