So my first time ddr5 overclocking looks like this. Any critique is welcome as i plan to start from the beginning as soon as i have replaced my ssd and my cpu cooler.
I have tested stability with following programs: Prime95+large fft/cycler, occt, aida64, tm5, y-cruncher and linpack extreme. No errors or problems so far. Thank you for everyone who helped me with this journey, is much fun and i have learned lot. 🙂

    Worth checking if tRRDS 4 + tRRDL 8 + tFAW 16 will work.

    Shouldn’t need to start from scratch with a new SSD and CPU cooler. If your RAM temperature increases for any reason just loosen the tRFC + tREFI slightly.

    1. Use buildzoid easy timings, I would roast your timings but I assume they’re on auto.

    2. Temporarily turn off svm in BIOS and memory integrity in windows to get more accuracy in aida64. You can turn them back on after running the test. The benchmark is running in isolation mode and it’s inaccurate.

    3. 6400 1:1 mode 1.25v… Are you sure you are stable? Either you have a golden chip (1 in 50 or even 1 in 500) or you may not be stable.

    I would assume that you need 1.275 or 1.3 to get that to even work.

    Run the following stress tests

    -> prime95 for >2 hrs
    -> testmem5 extreme / PC destroyer for a full run ~2.5 hrs
    -> either karhu (paid) or occt (free) or Linpack vt3 for 1hr

    If all of those pass run prime95 or Linpack vt3 overnight.

    If that still passes, you have a golden chip.

    Finally make sure 2,200 Fclk is actually stable. The above tests will still pass. Even if your Fclk is unstable. Instability is system freezes not crashes, you won’t bsod or app crash / test fail.

    The way to tell is run a vram test in occt and linpack vt3 bench and make sure the gflops are within <2 from the fastest and shortest. Or seconds is under 0.5 from longest to shortest.

    A system freeze may only happen 10 minutes or so and may only last half a second. So it’s hard for a human to tell this while using a computer. Since it’s so infrequent, it’s hard to test without doing benchmarks like this.

    If it is drop your fclk to 2133, redo.

    Could easy do tCL28, tFAW at 20, trfc looks good at 120ns.
