This has confused me lately; is there no Primis (or secondary) version of Samantha? As far as I understand, there is only one version of Samantha Maxis and she originated in the Ultimis timeline. Is Ultimis the only timeline we know of where she exists?

Correct, there is no Primis Samantha. She is one of the few characters to never have an alternate version shown. Whether or not alternate versions of her _do_ exist is unknown, but we don’t know any.
In Dimension 63, or The Primis Dimension, Ludwig Maxis does not have a daughter. This is why, when Sam starts to communicate with him telepathically from Agartha, he gets pretty confused, because this voice was claiming to be his daughter, when he didn’t have one.
so the ultimis samantha got reverted to a child when primis richtofen reset the universe, and she grew up into the woman from CW? or did a couple more things happen to her in bo1-3? i never got to beat all the old EEs, especially Moon
There’s technically two versions of her, both from the Ultimis timeline. Theres this one, which goes into Agartha and controls the zombies and is corrupted by it. This Samantha is thrown out when Richtofen ascends in Moon. The other is drawn into Agartha when Maxis ascends at the end of Buried, and is the one that reaches across to other Universes in Origins to the other Maxis to help fix the corrupted one.
