Yeah that’s definitely not something I’ve heard about in any side quest vids, either that’s one in the process of being discovered, or completely new
Or the third boring option is its some kind of bug lol. idk, maybe someone’s skin had a blue glowing aura and the aura stayed still when they used the zipline or something lol

Surprised no one is assuming it’s an elder disciple effect glitching. That was my first thought.
Are you sure it’s not from the elder disciples? iirc they have those little blue swirls with little lights in em when they spawn
We never got an answer on the blue glowing tool chest on terminus either.
My guess it’s a disciple upstairs or somewhere near
