According to Black Ops lore, would Perseus ally with Cordis Die?

Think about it: Perseus was founded by a rogue Soviet officer and Cordis Die was founded by a drug lord who hates Capitalism.

Considering their founders both oppose Capitalism, I cannot imagine how they would be enemies.
