

My AIO is an MSI MAG Coreliquid M360 360mm(set as push and pull) and I'm using it with Thermal Grizzly Kryonaut and the max I can get is 225W at 90-100 Celcius on the CPU, I don't get it, is it really the max? Is it normal?
I sent a photo of my setup so you can see it should be well ventilated, the fans on the bottom are intake and on the top are exhaust, I know I'm missing 3 intake at the side but I've already bought it and it'll be there soon enough.
I sent a pic of OCCT running at least 10 mins on it so you can take and idea of what I'm saying.

Think you are running 225w on rgb aswell.
12600K is better set undervolting/overclocking instead of pumping it full of power. That’s wild
Normal 225w with so much RGB, put them in specific colors, or opposite ones, not the complete rainbow
When i look at the abysmal poor perforation of your case in spots where fans should exhaust/intake air, i worry your high temperatures are caused by your fans being suffocated under all that metal. Have you tested the aio with radiator outside of the case? You might get 5+ °C better temperatures. Other than than, i dont know what cpu you have, each cpu generation has different IHS design, and some ihs are very thick, for example ryzen 7000 has 2 mm thicker ihs than ryzen 5000, and that means it starts overheating at ~170W, it doesnt matter how good cooler you use, even with the most expensive aio the cpu will reach 100°C at 170W. It was actually shown that deliding (removing the ihs and cooling the chips directly) lowers temps by about 20°C. If you want better temperatures, you need to do the same, remove ihs off of your cpu and do direct die cooling. There are kits from Thermal Grizzly for removing the ihs and a new direct die cooling bracket that allows to mount your AIO straight onto the cpu chips. They recently made a youtube video with new direct cooling water blocks that they developed.
Also use PTM7950 phase change sheet instead of regular thermal paste, you will have ~3°C better temperatures (or use liquid metal but that is very tricky, i dont recommend it, you can fry your cpu if you dont know what you are doing)
225w will only likely increase benchmark scores and reduce load times a bit. Besides that, no game runs a cpu at full tilt like that.
No amount of *cooling capacity* will make up for *thermal transfer*. A 360mm radiator can cool a lot more than 225W, but not if that heat isn’t getting into the water. That may be a matter of the flow rate, cold plate design, the contact, the thermal interface material, the flatness of the CPU IHS, the solder bond between the IHS and the CPU Core, etc… And that’s all assuming that your airflow through the radiator is sufficient, and that the air flowing through that radiator is cool enough to actually cool the water.
Thermodynamics is kinda complicated, so we need more than base specs and a glamour pic.
The stock maximum power draw of your CPU is 150w.

Holy shit you’re pushing that 12600kf…I have a 12600kf/3080 12gb build…my 12600kf is oc to 5ghz p core 4ghz e core and 4ghz ring, on an arctic lf2 360mm…and I max out at 81c, I believe my wattage is right at the same also but I’ll double check in a few and edit this
