Just got myself a 14900k and have some questions regarding its performance, voltages and clock speed (I’m quite new to CPU tweaking and general electricity knowledge)
When my PC is idle, my VID is hovering around 1.35-1.4 and my P-Cores at 5.7Ghz
But when I run cinebench for example, the voltage drops and the P-Cores go down to 4.9Ghz.
I have a Z790 ProArt with latest bios, running everything on intel defaults currently.
Any helps/tips on how to possibly squeeze out some more performance would be greatly appreciated.
(Averaging low 37k cinebench r23, have a Ryujin II 360, thermal grizzly contact plate and kryonaut extreme)
