Sandra Jerro and Neverwinter nights 2. When she died right in front of us despite us being able to raise dead and she was just still permanently dead. Like hold on We have a cleric that can heal you right here ready to go. Nope still dead. Or we could take your body to a temple and have you resurrected no problem we have the money. Nope still dead. Somebody in that design studio hated that woman and we got to watch it play out in real time.
As someone that grew up playing CoD… Ghost. Hands down.

Oddly, and I’ll mark as spoilers cause >!KCD2 !<is still fairly new, but >!Adder’s!< death got me. The scene is really, really good, music, cinematography, and dialogue all top tier, and made me cry about a character I kinda hated 5 minutes before.
