I was surprised to see the Iron Lungs perk add a 15-second flat-rate buff (instead of a percentage %) to the “Steady Aim Count Down” to all snipers—no matter the gunsmith. That’s a huge gain.
It turns you into a statue.
This perk DOES NOT work with Marksman Rifles.

Really? I thought it did help with marksman. That’s a shame. I enjoy marksman a lot more than snipers. Thank you for this. I can equip a different red perk on my loadout now.
Good, but is it really necessary? I think no. You wouldn’t want to hardscope the same place more than 5 sec. If the sway starts, you can just take few ms to re-ads.

Essentially quicksniping with ironsight is what marksmans are meant for.
