A few months ago I made a post where I said my memory controller could not do 1:1 at 6200 on my Ryzen 7 7700, but after realizing I had a relatively old bios I updated it and now it works 1:1 6400 at 1.27v soc and 1.67 VDD! It's amazing what going from an old to new bios can do. Just wanted to share my new found success, and also ask if there's any more timings worth tightening?

I was on a version 1 bios and could only use like -10 on some cores with core optimizer. With the new bios, I can go all the way down to -32.
I was only able to go one to one at 6200. So maybe I’ll try 6400 now!
Probably the newer ageisa (sp) code from AMD that’s in the newer bios
