I hate the game’s rendition of Sandevistan because its just blatantly wrong and gives a lot of people who have only ever played the video game false perceptions on how it works.
In the TTRPG the Sandevistan gives you a bonus to initiative, which means that when combat starts and we’re trying to figure out who is going first the person with the highest initiative is the one that gets to take the first shot. That’s it. All it does is increase your reaction time to stuff, its not able to give you the ability to throw 100 punches in the span of 3 seconds lmao
In the game its hard to translate “increased reaction time” as anything besides a slow time effect so they just rolled with it and now the Sandevistan turns people into the flash by allowing them to flagrantly ignore physics.
Alex was not joking with that move. It’s incredible how much she can accomplish in few seconds

I just realized… that blood can’t be from Alex just throwing hands considering all the places he bleeds from. And giving it another look I think she took his knife out of the sheathe and started going ham on the bastard

Wait holy shit. This is one of the most peak moments in the entire game to me. I only saw her die, had no idea Alex could sandy KO Hansen like that. Would love to see that from a 3rd person perspective up in the room.

I’m on my 3rd playthrough and I’m realizing for the first time just how many gigs I missed on my first 2. I was so focused on the story the first time and my build in the second. Now I’m running a sandy, parkour build and I see so much more of the world. It’s beautiful

This was badass. One of the best moments in the game for me
I like siding with So Mi because the airport mission is so much fun but gaht damn do I miss not killing Hansen myself.
