    Neither, it’s image retention

Edit: didn’t even see the site until now lmao. But in all seriousness, unless it’s an OLED, it’s image retention and is unfortunately going to keep happening to the panel if it happens once. It’s generally caused by heat or pressure to the monitor but some panels are also just prone to it.

I want to believe this was some cheap monitor you had sitting in a closet and you did this as a meme, but I know better.

It’s ok to turn your monitor off when not in use. Hell, you can just turn off the whole PC to save money when not in use.

That armor suits you, but it will not hide that mark.

Bruh how often do you have to be on there to have this happen? Touch grass. 😭

*For those without good vision, it looks like OP spent so much time on a R34 website that it burned into the screen.

Go outside and touch grass, then beat your dick. Way less clean up.

Bro its burned in no fixing it if it hasnt gone away from a different screen being on for like an hour or so, its a permanent mark, the best way to solve this for your next monitor is just remember to shut off the monitor occasionally never leave it on a single screen too long
