It changes depending on how many times you get to legendary in mp or br
Me who is a 2021 player ( on a break currently) yet don’t know what those star shit are below and the 90% stuff

it’s a badge when you became legendary on previous seasons ☺
Profile badges. You can check which ones those are in your own profile setup page.
The Ghost skin one is for legendary in a season. The other one is for legendary characters, I believe. The mythic-related profile badge starts off at a higher rarity than other badges do.
It means they have achieved legendary rank in multiplayer or battle royal multiple times.
Top purple one mean that guy has 4 legendary characters, the bottom one means he has reached legendary in MP 1 time
