Last week, I accidentally broke the glass panel of my Corsair 5000X.
I reached out to customer support and, even though the product was out of warranty, they offered to send me a replacement panel for free.
Today, just a week later, I received it.
What can I say? Hats off to Corsair and thank you once again!
Other companies, take note, this is how you treat your customers.

it’s always that style of a floor when you see a photo with the side panel destroyed.
Ceramic/tile breaks glass with EASE. Just because it didnt happen the first time you oppened the case doesnt mean it wont eventually.
There is a reason why ceramic is used as a tool to cut and shatter glass. It is one of the BEST things at that particular job. This sub says keep it off the tile for this EXPRESS reason.
And you put it right back on the ceramic tiles that will break it again from a little tippy tappy touch.
Did not learn your lesson and still have PC on ceramic tiles ?…
Your fault for leaving your PC alone with Vegeta
Tile floor claims another victim…

Here we go again
I also have an acquaintance that broke the 4000D glass panel. Free replacement panel by Corsair shipped in one week!
Kudos to Corsair!
Bro learned nothing from his mistake. Get it off the damn tiled floor NOW!!!!!
JFC. You put the replacement back on a tile floor.

how does this happen?
See ya next time when you break it again for leaving it on the tile floor OP.
If I have learned on thing from this sub, it’s that you should never ever in your life buy a case with a glass cover.
Tiles…. It’s always tiles….
My dumbass thought your slipper was a mouse with a blanket
Hasn’t learned a thing.
Jesus Christ, get it away from the tile if they replaced it for you when it was your fault
Third picture with the replacement on tile made me scream internally.
RIGHT BACK ON THE FLOOR DUDE????
Dude OP, for real… just hear everyone out and put something under ur PC, if you don’t have a rug or something like that just use an old towel, t-shirt… anything.
That will break again at the slightest bump against the ceramic tiles. This is due to the little imperfections on the ceramic, that creates really tiny points that inflict A LOT of pressure on the glass the moment they make contact, causing it’s structure to collapse.
Ok so if u wanna leave ur PC there, that’s fine, but if u ever wanna open it up for maintenance, don’t just do it there, bring the PC somewhere else, or u will risk this happening again.
Ceramic tiles claim another victim. Fair play to Corsair though!
Why is everyone crying about it being on the floor ? Do you think the panel will just spontaneously explode? 😆
Lol, it’s not Corsair’s fault that you’re a big dummy. Learn from this👍
Makes mistake.
Mistake corrected.
Makes the same mistake.
Put something under the PC, preferably something softer than the tile.
Least braindead PCMR user
I can’t believe you immediately put it back on the tile LOOOL
In short, there is no point arguing with commenters. This has an unnecessarily high chance of happening again, and you can easily put the pc on a hardcover book or something to mitigate that. This is just negligence at this point.
100% your fault buddy
Gah better than LG. My TV which was 1 year and 3 months old had some pixels start dying. They said so sorry, out of warranty, fuck off. I wish LG was more like Corsair…
It’s always tile.
Stop. Putting. Tempered. Glass. On. Tile. Get a rubber mat, a piece of cardboard, something!
Mine broke putting it back on like over a year after I got it, and they still sent me one for free, amazing company, but have it anymore but I go good service
Did you throw a shoe at it?
He went back to the same problem lmao
They probably expect some of their clients to break it and have spare ones ready.
That tile will break it again just by breathing
This is literally entirely your fault.
Get the glass panel away from the ceramic floor. It shatters glass.
