I am almost temperature bottlenecked with this tREFI/tRFC at 1.41v. 6400MT/s isn’t possible.

If you really want to min/max the setup you could try BCLK at 101.5MHz to get DDR5 6300 working. Probably need to run 1.25 VSOC for that and loosen tRFC to 440.

If 1.3vsoc can’t get you to 6400 then your could either go for 7600+ 2:1 or focus on core OC as your memory bandwidth is pretty high. You have enough memory bandwidth to feed your cores, now let’s make your cores hungrier.
